Chapter 9: The Battle of the Cafeteria 1

  Today's Yumei had already woken up before school was over, and when the bell rang, Yumei looked at Gen's desk hole. When she found nothing, she looked at Gen with great disappointment.

  "What are you looking for?!" Yuan Da looked at Yi Meng.

  "Food! Isn't anyone sending food today?" Yimeng blinked at Yuanda.

  Yuan Da's mouth corners rose inexplicably, then shook his head. Yi Meng furrowed her brow and sat on the stool.

  "Have you really become a beggar? Can't you go to the cafeteria to eat?" Yuan Da said with a poke on Yi Meng's head, jokingly.

  Yi Meng looked at Yuan Da nodding, then stood up and tidied her clothes. "Let's go, to the cafeteria."

  Yuanda also stood up, patted the wrinkles on his clothes, and followed Yimeng behind. A handsome guy is a handsome guy, so particular about his image.

  "Hey, which one of you two is Yuan Da?" Just as they walked out of the classroom door, a boy blocked Yimeng's way.

  Yi Meng looked up and down at the boy, with no impression in her mind, "Who are you?!"

  "Oh, someone is looking for Yuan Da at the school gate. I just came to inform you. Are you Yuan Da?" The boy pointed at Yi Meng, waiting for an answer.

  Yi Meng looked at Yuan Da and asked, "Who's looking for you?"

  "I don't know either! Which one, thank you, I'll go now." Yuan Da rubbed his head, thought for a moment, and then thanked the boy.

  "It's nothing, just a small effort. You're Yuanda, right? Then hurry up and go! There are still people waiting for you at the entrance." The boy finished speaking and turned to leave.

  "Who could it be? Go and take a look." Yimeng looked at Yuanda.

  "Unless you go to the cafeteria to buy food first, I'll just take a look at who it is." Yuanda couldn't help but glance towards the entrance, but the entrance was quite far away and there were several buildings in between, how could he possibly see anything.

  Yi Meng couldn't help but glance at the cafeteria, which was just far enough from the school gate. "Well, okay! The cafeteria is too far from the entrance, I'll go get lunch first, you'd better hurry up!"

  Yi Meng finished speaking and turned around to leave, but immediately stopped in her tracks. "Brother, what are you eating? You haven't told me yet."

  Yuan Da was about to leave, but when he heard Yi Meng call him, he turned back. "Anything is fine. Right, buy a little less, don't buy as much as last time, it's too much to eat."

  "Oh! I see, you can go. You're really a housekeeper." Yimeng said, making a gesture of dismissal to Yuanda.
