  Brief History: Born to two minor nobles—the sister and brother-in-law to Lord Aymer. They died in an accident, however, when he was 9… and a meant-to-be temporary stay with his uncle ended up being a permanent one. Noa got somewhat involved in politics, if being “involved” meant listening in on meetings, as he got older; he did a lot of odd jobs around Silvium, even if Aymer wouldn’t let him go far. He came out when he was 14, which is when he started asking to go by Noa and to use masculine titles and pronouns.
