Chapter 33 Happiness

  Chapter Thirty-Three Happiness

"Whether I have a problem with my brain or not is none of your business, hurry up and change!" He handed over the clothes brought by the waiter to her impatiently.

"I won't!" She said firmly and resolutely, looking at him word by word.

"Don't?" He slowly approached her, his charming smile making her feel a little dangerous. "The same words, I don't want to say them twice." He whispered in her ear, his charming face with a devilish aura.

You can tell he's angry without even looking! It's still best not to provoke this terrifying devil, or you'll end up getting hurt. She's a sensible person and not stupid enough to jump into a trap herself.

As he watched her stormily walk into the dressing room with her clothes, a triumphant smile appeared at the corner of his mouth, and for some reason, there was still a thread of joy in his heart.

Before he knew it, he was staring at her wearing a set of milky white lace tops, paired with a black princess skirt, and the stunning feeling made him gaze unblinkingly. Elegant with a hint of mystery, this reminded him of the beautiful Black Swan Princess in the ballet.

She's actually quite pretty, why does she always dress herself up so ordinary? If she appeared in front of Weiwei like this, she might not even dare to believe it's her!

He suddenly had a very strong feeling that he wanted to take her home right now, so those boys wouldn't be staring at her like flies.

With his hands in his pockets, he stood up from the sofa with a proud expression. "Hmm, not bad!" He looked her up and down with an appreciative gaze. Clothes make the man, that's true!

She helplessly looked at him, then lowered her head to find the price tag on the clothes, searched for a long time but couldn't find it, and then raised her head with a puzzled expression looking at the smiling man in front of her.

"No need to look for it, I knew you'd be like this. I asked the waiter to take it away beforehand." He could tell from the moment she walked in what she was worried about. His grandfather wasn't so poor that he couldn't even afford a little money! She really knew how to hurt his pride.

"You... I'm too lazy to bother with you!" She said and turned around to walk towards the dressing room, but was pulled back by him as soon as she turned around.

"Wait." He pulled her to stand in front of the mirror, looking at the person in the mirror. He suddenly felt a warmth in his heart, like a feeling of happiness. In the past when he accompanied his previous girlfriends to buy clothes, he would use a commanding tone and wouldn't even look at whether the clothes they were wearing looked good or not.

He just came to pay the bill, he had no interest in anything else. But today, he felt a different feeling than usual. He gently helped her adjust her collar and stood quietly behind her, watching her.

She saw a meticulous devil in the mirror, which was quite surprising. Who would have thought that devils could be meticulous too!

"Do you know that the price of one set of clothes here is equal to a commoner's monthly living expenses?!" She turned her head and looked at him, and from his deep eyes, she saw gentleness...

"You don't even have to pay the bill, what are you worried about!" He looked at her with amusement, wondering what she was concerned about, his grandfather had nothing but money!

  "I was saying..."

"Alright, go change into another set." He half-pushed and half-guided her into the dressing room, not giving her a chance to utter another word.

She tried on several sets of clothes, and with her standard figure, everything looked good on her. Every set looked perfect on her in his eyes.

The last person to come out of the locker room, hugging her clothes and walking back to where they were originally hung, was quickly stopped by a figure rushing in front of her.

"What are you doing?!" He looked at her with some displeasure, what a stupid and hopeless fool!

"With such expensive clothes, I can't even wear them." She said with some disdain, from small to large, whether it was her parents or brother who bought her clothes, they were all so expensive that they made people's jaws drop, she had always wanted to escape that kind of life.

She had always hoped that she could be like ordinary girls, pulling good friends to stroll through the bustling streets, buying those simple yet meaningful things.

She remembered that when she was in elementary school, a classmate gave her a small toy bought from a street stall. She liked it very much, but her mother thought it was dirty and threw it away. From then on, whenever she thought of this, she felt a faint sadness in her heart.
