Chapter 74: Han Disappeared (Third-Person Narrative) Volume 3
Han ran out desperately, her face soaked with tears. He ignored Xue's shouting behind him.
Nangong Ye in the video heard Han's voice and was stunned, he let go of the person in front of him, only to find that the computer screen had not been turned off, and Xue'er appeared on the screen. He rushed to the computer: "Xue'er, what's wrong?"
"Boss! It's cold, I just saw everything. Boss, how could you do this? Han loves you so much and almost got kicked out of the Cold Guild for you, yet you're over there having a good time with other women. Xuer also hates the boss to death." After saying that, she shut down the computer and rushed out to find Han.
The other half looked at the computer with a puzzled expression at night. Suddenly, he turned around and said to the woman next to him: "Alicia, don't tell me this has nothing to do with you!"
"It's nothing! Anyway, you'll eventually break up with her, I'm just helping you out!" Elly said matter-of-factly.
"He..." looked at him with a somewhat disheveled and exasperated expression. Only he himself knew that he had never intended to break up with Han, and it was only to avoid misunderstanding that he sent her away. In order to obtain reliable information and support, he would be together with Ailisi; if it were in the past, he would have definitely fed that woman to the fish.
"What's wrong with me?" Elly asked, feigning confusion.
He turned over at night and took out his mobile phone to call Cheng: "Ding... ding... ding..."
"Night, what's wrong?" Cheng asked over the phone.
"Same old place!" He spat out three words and hung up the phone.
Then he turned around and said to Ailijia: "I have something to do!" and left.
"Hey! Come back!" Elly yelled at Nangong Ye as he walked away.
Nangong Ye didn't respond and instead drove directly to their agreed meeting place, ignoring her loud shouting from behind.
"Night, what's so urgent that you're summoning me?" Asked Cheng as he approached.
"Something's happened to your sister!" Ye Leng said coldly.
"What?" Ting said nervously: "How could something go wrong?"
"It's all my fault!" Ye said, recounting what had just happened. Although he had thought that Aili was not an ordinary girl the first time they met, she still ended up severely hurting his sister.
"After this is over, I will never let her have a good time." Cheng said furiously, his hand unconsciously clenched into a fist and heavily pounded on the car window, shattering the glass in an instant.
Nan Gong Ye watched as this happened, he knew that Cheng was most worried about his sister, and he would never allow anyone to harm her: "You go to London!" After saying that, he drove away. Cheng took out his phone and called Xuan, asking him to help book a plane ticket for himself, the sooner the better, and also asked Xuan to help with the transfer procedures.
On the other hand, Xuer rushed out anxiously and ran into Carlos as soon as she reached downstairs. Carlos saw her flustered and stepped forward to ask, "What's wrong?"
"It's cold! I don't see it!" Xue Er hastily said.
"What? Sister, where did you go?" Carlos asked in confusion. She was so happy when they were together today! How could she disappear just like that? He even wanted to take her out to try some of London's delicious food!
Xu'er looked at him and hesitated for a moment before telling him what had just happened again.
"What?" Carlos said angrily. Then he took out his phone and dialed Leng Xuan: "Ring... ring... ring..."
"Hello! Speak!" Leng Xuan said with a hint of playfulness upon seeing that it was Carlos who had arrived.
"Still playing with words. Han, she's gone missing in this unfamiliar place, let's send someone to look for her!" Carlos said anxiously. Although they had just met Han today and acknowledged her as his sister, she gave Carlos a very comfortable and relaxed feeling, like they had been close relatives for a long time, making Carlos trust and dote on her unconditionally.
"What? You said Han is gone? What exactly happened?" Leng Xuan asked anxiously on the side.
Carlos told Leng Xuan everything Xiaorou had told him.
"Damn it! I didn't think Nan Gong Ye was this kind of person. From today on, Feng Han is no longer his person, he's mine! He's my man!" Leng Xuan declared, his words dripping with determination, his hands clenched tightly together. In his heart, he thought: Even if I have to turn the world upside down, I won't let Han suffer a single injury! Nan Gong Ye, you actually treated Ai Li Qi like this, I won't let you off easy!
