Hello, this is my first one-shot so I hope you enjoy it!

  Based on the new Pokemon movie The Arceus Chronicles [alternate ending]

  No spoilers. (Well, not really...)

  Ash, Dawn, Cynthia, Brock, and Goh had just returned the fire-type life plate controlling Heatran with the help of the Lake Guardians and Arceus.

  Arceus: "Good job you three in helping these humans stop this crisis. Now, I believe it is time to go."

  Uxie and Mespirit nod in agreement, but Azelf seemed a little hesitant.

  Arceus: "Is something wrong Azelf?"

  Azelf: "Uh, no no it's nothing, just thinking,"

  Arceus: "Let me guess, you wish to go with Ash don't you?"

  Azelf: "Well, he's very nice, and with him being the chosen one and all..."

  Arceus: "Say no more, I hereby grant all three of you to go with Ash, Dawn, and Brock if you wish to do so."

  Azelf, Mespirit, and Uxie: "Really?"

  Arceus: "Yes, but you must be ready to answer whenever I call."

  Ash and co: "Goodbye. thanks so much for your help!"

  The three Lake Guardians drift over to Ash, Brock, and Dawn.

  Ash: "Huh? Did you guys need something?"

  Arceus: "I believe they wish to travel with you,"

  Ash: "Really? Is that true Azelf?"

  Azelf nodded.

  Ash: "Well then, just tap this bail if you want to come with me."

  Azelf happily tapped the ball and was sucked inside. The ball instantly dinged, signaling a successful capture.

  Ash: "Alright! I just caught an Azelf!"

  Ash sent Azelf out of her ball. She did a few happy flips in the air.

  Ash: "Welcome to the team Azelf."

  Well, this is my first one-shot!
