As the sun began to set, Loka spotted the outskirts of Tartarus in the distance. Across the ocean in the jungle of Eaven, Cinder flew over, reaching the city of Morton. Judas took to the sky.
“Cinder…its been awhile. Bron has been worried about you.” Judas tells Cinder.
Cinder looks down at Judas and the city below. “Do not speak for my brother, elf.”
Judas looks steadily at Cinder as he sent out a source wave. “Sorry, I was not my intention to offend you.”
Cinder flew closer. “You reak of fear, elf. Tell me, why do you act? For what purpose is your deception-”
“We fought the same war, did we not?” Judas asks.
“Same war…” Cinder towers over Judas with a look of confusion and disgust. “My people where drag into YOUR WAR! We had only known peace until your people brought along calamity. You are nothing more than a disease not worthy of wielding source. You are thieves that robbed my people of their peace.” Cinder tone is erratic, full of malice and disdain.
Cinder looks to the people below. “Humans…” Cinder whispers.
“Cinder please-”
Cinder dashes around Judas, his arms stretched out.
CLAP!
Judas plumits as his head rings and vision spirals. Cinder follows through with a thunders punch to Judas' chest.
Crunch!
Judas gasped for air. He tried to concentrate his source to heal, but Cinder's attacks kept coming.
BANG!
Judas crashed through a building and onto the city grounds. People looked on in horror.
“JUDAS!”
Cinder decent “Get up!”
“A cyclops? what's going on, did Judas do something wrong? Who are you?” The people asked.
The humans gathered around Judas, caring for him and demanding answers.
“Why do you defend your enslaver?” Cinder asks.
“Judas didn’t enslave us, he protected us along with the cyclops!” A man yelled out.
“You poor things, it seems while I've been gone they have diluted your minds. Or are you too scared to speak up against him? Do not worry-”
“The only person we are scared of here is you! What do you want with Judas?”
Cinders' expression turned to pity. He touched down on the ground, he stuck his spear into the ground. “Do not worry, I know you are also victims of the elves. So I assure you, your deaths will be painless.”
The humans froze as Cinder's words thickened the air itself. “Wh-”
In the blink of an eye, the street was soaked in blood. “There…you no longer have to suffer.” Cinder whispered.
As the war bloods soached into Judas skin, he awoke. His head still ringing. “What…what have you done…” Judas says.
Cinder picked Judas up by the head and shoot up into the sky. He flew him through the buildings having them collapse on repetitive impact. Judas tried to free himself, but Cinder's hands covered his entire head. Judas arm nothing more than a twig compared to the trunk of Cinder’s arm.
“Stop…stop…please stop this…” Judas's muffled cries did nothing more than warm up Cinder’s hand. The cries of the people were quickly silenced as Cinder ramped through them with Judas in hand. Judas and Cinder's source fought on. Judas let out for a moment, gathering an immense amount of source.
WHOOSH!
A water bolt shot out from Judas hands and collided with Cinder's eye. Cinder dropped Judas. Judas gasped for air as Cinder held his bleeding eye. Judas quickly healed and looked around at the blood covered city.
“Am sorry Bron…it seems your brother is long gone.” Judas whispered.
Judas cast a water art covering the city block in a boiling steam. Cinder looked up, his eye meeting the steam.
“AAHHH!”

The pain brought Cinder to his knees. Judas began to cast water repetitive water orbs. The orbs spit and hail rained down on Cinder. The steam settled and the ice and snow began to pile up. Judas coated it in source and use it to attempt to restrain Cinder. Cinder, with his eyes closed, sent out source waves, feeling the surrounding buildings, he coats them in source and quickly had them collapse on Judas. Judas quickly countered.
“Flash freeze” Judas says.
The buildings froze in place, Judas looked down and to be met with a stone pillar rushing up at him. It tackled him through the frozen building hanging over him and into the upon sky. Cinder heals the hole in his eye and tries to open it while attempting to pull his spear to him. Judas, on the counter, pulls together as much source as he can and fired it at Cinder’s back with a power wind blast so condensed it was more comparable to an explosive ray. Cinder sense this through his outspread source and dodges the kill shot, having it hit has hand instead. He looks up at Judas in the distance. Judas no longer being able to use source to fly plumits to the ground. His body shakes as if he was being crushed by the weight of the air alone. Judas looks at Cinder getting up and tries to cast an art, but there is no more source left and Judas collapses and blood beings to pour from his mouth. Cinder finishes healing his hand, the pain still lingering. He walks over to Judas and crushes his skull below his foot.
“We’re here”
Loka looks up, seeing them fly over the needle pointed mountain tops. “I’ll take it from hear.” Loka whispers.
With a slash from his blade, the dragon falls.
“In entrance, as always.” The queen says.
Loka’s face is cold and serious in contrast to the large grin on the dragon queen scale covered face.
“You don’t stop growing, do you? Have you started eating eachother yet?” Loka condensedly asks.
“The child, I didn’t think you were one to care for other,“ the queen says.
Rev is tossed between them. A pearly white scaled dragon approaches. His white scales soaked in crimson blood. He begins to lean in closer. Loka clutches his blade.
“Mayhem…” Loka whispers.
Mayhem’s jaded eyes light up. The queen quickly stops him. “I’ve already lost one of you. You are not to engage.” The queen says, tower over him.
Mayhem lowers his head “but-”
“So, what do you want?” Loka asks.
The queen directs her attention to Loka. “Have you grown stupid in your age? I give you the dark elf and you take down the barrier.” The queen tells Loka.
Loka sighs and looks at Rev. He walks over to him slowly. Loka picks him up and opens his eyes. “He’s fading” Loka thinks. Loka feels the lack of source in him and gives him some of his like before. This causes Rev eye’s filling with crimson swirls.
He takes a breath. “Where am I?” Rev asks.
He looks up to see he is surrounded by more dragons than he could ever wish to see, some even bigger than Havoc. He looks at the mountain in front of him
“So much source…” Rev whispers.
“So you can see it,” the queen says.
“Wait…it can’t be, there’s NO WAY THAT’S NO NO!” Rev says he drops his head and vomits on the ground. He glares up at Loka with disgust.
“What did you do!” Rev shouts.
“Calm down, am the only reason you're alive,” Loka says.
Rev scuffs, but is cut off. “Now the deal, what will it be Loka? You’ve come all this way, havn’t you?” The queen says, her eye wide as she looks down at him.
Loka lets out a small sigh and grits his teeth. He looks out towards where Eaven would be, then back at the dragons that surround him. He picks Rev up and looks deep into his eye. Rev looks back at him, hatred flooding his mind with his eyes firing glares of malice at Loka. “Please, just this once, trust me. If you choose not to, then you will die and last time I checked, you can’t kill me if you're dead.” Loka whispers into Rev’s ear.
“Fine…” Rev says.
“As much as I hate him, there’s no point…with the source I have now, am useless.” Rev thinks to himself.
“Alright, in exchange for Rev, I will take down the barrier. Let’s take this to the shore.” Loka says.
The queen smile. “You hear that, my children? Loka has yielded.” The queen says.
Loka rolls his eye. “Let’s get this over with.”
They go to shore, flying on the back of dragons. Rev glares at Loka, seeing an unfamiliar expression on his face. “Is he…scared?” Rev asks himself.
“AHHH!” Cass yells.
“What’s wrong, sir”
“It’s happing…the start of the end.” Cass says.
“Does that mean we’re already too late?”
“No, those events are out of our control. We can still stop Rev from meeting Cinder, well at least I hope so. If only we knew where either of them were.” Cass says.
Within half an hour, they arrive at the shore. Loka takes a deep breath as he looks at the crashing waves.
“First you let Rev go, then and only then will I take down the barrier.” Loka says.
“Let him go?” The queen asks.
“What are you going to do not compile? It's not like you can kill me. If you do, I’ll take more than half the dragons here with me and you’ll never leave this island for the rest of time. Your death will be with one with the worlds. To be honest, I have little faith you won’t try to slaughter both me and Rev the second I take that barrier down. So you either let Rev go or you rot,” Loka tells the queen.
The queen glares down on Loka, then over at Mayhem. “Mayhem would-”
“No, not him. I will choose the dragon that sends him back.” Loka says.
Rev can see the queen source flaring up around them. So thick it's as with it could choke them. Mayhem looks over at Loka, Rev taking notice of him. His blood stain white scales glow in the moonlight. His source is nothing to laugh at, but compared to the queen, it’s as if he’s not even there. “Eight hundred years; isn’t that how old Loka said he was? If I couldn’t see how much source he had, I wouldn’t believe him. He’s like no other human I’ve ever seen,” Rev thinks.
“Fine…” the queen finally says.
Loka looks around and chooses a dragon out of the surrounding crowd. “You there, Take Rev back to Eaven.” Loka says.
The dragon looks at his queen and the queen nods. He flies up in front of them. Rev is pushed forward by the other dragons. Loka walks over to him and lays his hand on his back. Rev tense up.
“What are you do…ing” Rev mutters.
His body is filled with a chilling source. He looks at looking confused. “You better not die,” Loka says.
Rev scuffs and slaps Loka’s hand away. “Your the one that better not die. Your life is mine to take, not anyone else's,” Rev says.
“That kid’s fucking insane,” Loka thinks. Rev hops on the back of the dragon and flies off.
“Now the barrier,” the queen says.
“Not yet, he’s not far enough away. The barrier will be taken down in the morning.” Loka says.
The queen patients is reaching its end. “What? are you going to try to argue with me? Didn’t think so, you're not that dumb,” Loka tauntingly says.
The queen keeps her composer “Say what you will, but from what I see you're the one who’s trapped now,” the queen smiles.
Loka is, for once, silent. As the night passes by and the sun begins to rise, Loka step forward to the edge of the shore.
“It time” Loka says.
“Wonderful,” the queen responds.
“I’ll need to go into the ocean.” Loka says.
“I will accompany you then,” the queen says.
They step into the open ocean and dive down along with the other dragons. The queen transforms into her human form for convinces reason.
“Much better,” she says.
Loka dives and by casting air arts can keep a constant amount of air in his lungs as with he could breathe underwater. The queen, on the other hand, can hold her breath for upwards of an hour in her human form and much more in her dragon form. Loka also uses wind art to boost himself further down to the ocean floor and there it lies. A source metal pillar, one of many that surround Tartarus. Loka takes out his blade and begins to inscribe a new art on the pillar. He then signals to the queen to place her hand on the pillar. Once she does, Loka uses water art to get out of there as soon as he can. He zooms through the water.
“Hey!-” the queen tries to yell.
As she activates the art on the pillar, the surrounding water begins to freeze faster than the surrounding dragons can move in the water. Loka keeps swimming away, he uses his source to control the water around him and propel himself forward through it will little resistance. “Thousand years old and still as stupid as ever,” Loka thinks. Of course, the ice won’t hold them long, but Loka had thought of this and also inscribe a source drain inscription to the freezing art. As the queen's hand stays frozen on in place, holding onto the pillar, the more source it will draw out to continue casting the freeze art. This buys a little more time for Loka to escape as it keeps the stronger dragons frozen for longer as they were the ones closes to the queen. The queen, while frozen, is still conscious and fights back by sending out an order using her source communication.
“Thánatos get Loka!”
Loka, as before hears also hears her. “Thánatos…Now that I think about it I didn’t see him before. With how old he is, I shouldn’t of been able to miss him. He must've been in his human form watching from afar. If that’s the case-” Loka thinks.
BOOM!
Loka from the bottom of the ocean was shot up from a sudden explosion. Loka a part of the water that shot him out to stand on. He quickly dashes off of it as another attack is thrown at him.
“How long has it been, Loka, sense the last time we tried to kill eachother?” Thánatos asks.
“I don’t have time for this…” Loka says.
He dashes around, avoiding Thánatos’ attacks the best he can. He flashes through hand signs.
“Have you changed this much sense the last time we fought? You're usually more well, violent,” Thánatos says.
Loka sigh. “You're right, it has been a couple years sense we last fought. Over 50 years, in fact, so let me show you what I’ve learned…” Loka lets out a breath. “Limbo”
